The Assumption Choir and Instrumental Ensemble lead the Church in song at each weekend celebration. 

 

Our parish uses the blue 2011 Gather Third Edition hymnal and we also have access to the OCP and GIA musical libraries, giving our liturgies a most diverse sound. 

 

Music selection is lectionary-based, so that the music we all sing makes the spoken word come alive. ​

 

Singers and musicians are always welcome! We have resources for guitar, strings, woodwinds, brasswinds, and we also have a number of rhythmic percussion instruments on site.

 

There is no audition process to join the choir, just feel free to come upstairs before any Mass and see if you like making music.
